细胞疗法治疗缺血性糖尿病足溃疡的研究进展OA
Research progress in cell therapy for ischemic diabetic foot ulcers
糖尿病足是糖尿病的严重慢性并发症之一,其中缺血性糖尿病足的治疗尤为困难.细胞治疗作为常规疗法的重要替代方案,已成为针对此类患者的一种颇具前景的新策略.目前,多种细胞疗法已应用于临床实践,包括血小板凝胶、间充质干细胞、单个核细胞、内皮祖细胞、临床级人神经干细胞以及多细胞联合治疗等.本综述重点介绍了应用于缺血性糖尿病足溃疡的细胞疗法的分类、机制、应用现状及其面临的问题与挑战.
Diabetic foot is one of the severe chronic complications of diabetes mellitus,among which the treatment of ischemic diabetic foot is particularly challenging.As an important alternative to conventional therapies,cell therapy has emerged as a promising new strategy for these patients.Currently,various cell therapies have been applied in clinical practice,including platelet gel,mesenchymal stem cells,mononuclear cells,endothelial progenitor cells,clinical-grade human neural stem cells,and combination cell therapies.This review focuses on the classification,mechanisms,current application status,as well as the problems and challenges of cell therapies for ischemic diabetic foot ulcers.
