巨噬细胞作为糖尿病性创面愈合过程中的关键免疫细胞,其功能异常是导致创面慢性化的核心机制.巨噬细胞M1/M2表型转换是免疫系统应对内外环境变化的核心策略,直接决定免疫应答的方向与强度,实现"防御-修复"的动态平衡.本综述详细阐述了糖尿病性创面中巨噬细胞功能异常的多重机制,并系统介绍了当前调控糖尿病性创面巨噬细胞功能的治疗策略,指出开发更安全、有效、靶向性强的巨噬细胞调控策略,是改善糖尿病性溃疡患者生活质量的关键.

Macrophages,as pivotal immune cells in the diabetic wound healing process,whose functional abnormalities that constitute the core mechanism underlying wound chronicity.The M1/M2 phenotypic transformation of macrophages is a core strategy of the immune system in responding to changes in the internal and external environment.It directly determines the direction and intensity of the absolute immune response,achieving a dynamic balance of"defense-repair".This review comprehensively elucidates the multifaceted mechanisms of macrophage dysfunction in diabetic wounds and systematically reviews current therapeutic strategies for modulating macrophage function in diabetic wound healing.It emphasizes that the development of safer,more effective,and highly targeted macrophage modulation strategies is crucial for improving the quality of life in patients with diabetic ulcers.
