一流本科专业建设是加快我国高等教育现代化、推动高校创新发展的重要战略,有利于提升我国高等教育整体水平,培养更多高素质人才,增强高校的创新能力和国际竞争力.青年教师已经成为高等教育改革和创新的有力推动力量.青年教师须具备坚实的理论基础和高水平教学能力,才能够培养更多的优秀人才,支持一流专业和学科的建设.该文总结目前土木工程青年教师在教学研究互相促进上的不足,介绍土木工程教师教学与科研相互促进的策略和措施,包括教学和科研双向渗透、创新人才培养模式、建立激励机制、措施效果的持续改进等.这些策略和措施能够促进土木工程教师教学与科研的良性互动,提高教学质量和科研水平,为一流本科建设作出贡献.

The construction of first-class undergraduate majors is a crucial strategy for accelerating the modernization of higher education in China and fostering the innovative development of universities.This strategy aims to enhance the overall level of higher education in China,cultivate more high-quality talents,and strengthen the innovation capacity and international competitiveness of universities.Young teachers have become a significant driving force in the reform and innovation of higher education.Equipped with a solid theoretical foundation and high-level teaching literacy,young teachers are pivotal in nurturing outstanding talents and supporting the construction of top-tier majors and disciplines.This paper summarizes the current shortcomings in the mutual enhancement of teaching and research among young civil engineering teachers and introduces strategies and approaches for promoting the synergy between teaching and research in civil engineering.These include the two-way integration of teaching and research,innovative talent training models,the establishment of incentive mechanisms,and the continuous improvement of these approaches.These strategies and approaches can facilitate a positive interaction between teaching and research for civil engineering teachers,enhance the quality of teaching and research,and contribute to the construction of first-class undergraduate programs.
