关于天基信息支援学科体系建设的思考OA
天基信息支援学科是培养知天用天人才的新型交叉、应用、作战学科,在航天遥感、卫星通信、太空环境保障、太空态势感知和天基信息支援安全保障等领域具有重要地位作用.该文针对现有天基信息支援学科体系人才培养、科学研究、国防服务、教师队伍等建设中存在的不足,设计"3+4"的人才培养模式,通、导、遥、测交叉融合的科学研究理念,装备、数据、人才全方位的国防服务方案,以及结构合理层次分明的教师队伍,可为天基信息支援学科更快、更好发展提供思路参考.
The discipline of space-based information support is a new interdisciplinary,applied,and combat discipline that cultivates talents who understand and use space.It plays an important role in fields such as aerospace remote sensing,satellite communication,space environment support,space situational awareness,and space-based information support security.This paper addresses the shortcomings in the talent cultivation,scientific research,national defense services,and teacher team construction of the existing space-based information support discipline system.A"3+4"talent cultivation model is designed,with a scientific research concept that integrates communication,navigation,remote sensing,and mapping.A comprehensive national defense service plan that includes equipment,data,and personnel,as well as a well-structured and hierarchical teacher team,can provide ideas and references for the faster and better development of space-based information support disciplines.
