数智时代工业工程专业产教科融合育人模式探索与实践OA
数智时代背景下,传统工业工程专业教育在知识体系、能力模型、实践环境与评价机制等方面面临系统性挑战.为此,提出并实践一种"平台驱动、四维协同"的产教科融合育人模式.该模式以"政府-高校-企业"三方协同为驱动力,以高保真产教科数智育人平台为基座,联动前沿数字课程、价值创造型实践项目、联合导师团队和多维度质量评价体系,推动人才培养从"知识传授"向"能力生成"转型.南京航空航天大学工业工程专业教学改革实践表明,该模式能有效提升学生系统思维、数据赋能、团队协作与创新实践能力,为数智时代复合型、创新型工程人才培养,提供具有理论指导意义与实践推广价值的创新路径.
In the digital-intelligence era,traditional industrial engineering education confronts systemic challenges in its knowledge architecture,competency frameworks,practical settings,and evaluation mechanisms.To address these issues,an innovative"platform-driven,four-dimensionally coordinated"cultivation model integrating industry,education,and research has been proposed and implemented.Driven by the tripartite collaboration of government,universities,and enterprises,and supported by a high-fidelity digital platform,the model integrates advanced digital curricula,practice-oriented projects,joint mentorship,and multidimensional quality evaluation,thereby facilitating a shift in talent cultivation from"knowledge transmission"to"competency development."A case study of the engineering management master's program at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics shows that this model significantly improves postgraduates' capabilities in complex problem-solving,teamwork,and innovation,providing a theoretically innovative and practically applicable pathway for developing high-level,versatile,and creative management talent.
