虚实之间:AI课程中不同教师形态共存的教学实践路径OA
人工智能时代数智技术赋能课程改革带来了教学生态的急剧转型.真人教师应拥抱AI时代的"虚拟自我",探寻在混合式课程中不同形态的教师如何共生共存,以实现教学效果的最优化.该文依托国家级一流本科课程社会工作概论,讨论2D动漫教师、AI数字人教师以及真人教师三者在线上线下不同教学情境和教学环节中扮演的不同角色、发挥的情感教育功能等差异,勾勒出人机共生时代课程的教学实践路径.研究表明,数字人教师不可完全替代真人教师,两者应共生共存.混合式教学设计中存在学科和专业的差异,不同形态教师应与培养目标深度契合,实现教学效果的最优化.课程的情感体验和价值观教育是循序渐进的过程.真人教师的不可替代性在于他/她与学生共同"活"在课堂,以不完美的状态存在于课堂,实现生命影响生命的专业教育目标.
In the era of artificial intelligence,the curriculum reform by digital and intelligent technologies has brought about a drastic transformation of the teaching ecosystem.Human teachers should embrace the-virtual-self in the AI era.In hybrid courses,how teachers in different forms can coexist to optimize the teaching effect is a crucial issue.Based on the course Introduction to Social Work,this paper discusses the different roles played by 2D animated teachers,AI digital human teachers,and human teachers in different online and offline teaching scenarios and teaching process,as well as the differences in their emotion functions in education,and outlines the teaching practice of courses in the era of human-machine coexistence.The research shows that digital human teachers cannot completely replace human teachers,and the two should coexist.There are differences in disciplines and majors in hybrid teaching design.Teachers in different forms should be deeply integrated with the training objectives to optimize the teaching effect.Finally,the emotion and value education in the course are a gradual process.The irreplaceability of human teachers lies in the fact that they interact with students in the classroom,existing in an imperfect state in the real life to achieve the purpose of life education.
