The cultivation of internationalized talents in new agricultural of veterinary medicine bears the mission of accelerating the cultivation of urgently needed and scarce talents in the veterinary medicine field in China and enhancing the ability to serve major national strategic needs and regional economic and social development.In recent years,the College of Veterinary Medicine of Henan Agricultural University,with a broad vision of international development and cooperation,relying on the characteristics and advantages of the discipline of veterinary medicine,and centering around the talent cultivation mode of"Two System and Four Aspects"(tutorial system,selection system,small-class teaching,individuality,and internationalization,through-train education),has carried out explorations and practices in terms of innovating the top-level design of talent cultivation,improving the teaching staff and curriculum construction,optimizing the construction of international platforms,implementing the cooperation between science and education,and promoting the international cultivation of talents.It has formed an international talent cultivation system refers to the field of veterinary medicine that improves language ability,cultivates basic knowledge,and enhances practical and scientific research capabilities,providing a reference for agricultural-related universities to improve the quality of international talent cultivation.
