Clarifying the impact of agricultural production services on production resilience of small-scale farmers and its mechanism is of great significance for enhancing their production resilience.This study establishes an evaluation index system for the production resilience of small-scale farmers,including three dimensions:buffering capacity,adaptive capacity,and learning capacity,to measure their resilience level.Based on micro-survey data,a two-stage least squares(TSLS)regression model and a mediation effect model are used to conduct an empirical analysis of the impact of agricultural production services on the production resilience of small-scale farmers.The research results indicate that the production resilience values of different small-scale farmers vary significantly,with the highest being 0.6509 and the lowest being 0.0529.The degree of dispersion is not large,but the average value is relatively small,indicating that the production resilience of small-scale farmers is generally concentrated at a relatively low level.Agricultural production services can directly enhance the production resilience of small-scale farmers,and the production resilience of small-scale farmers who adopt agricultural production services is higher of 7.9％than the average.Scale operation and professional division of labor have independent and chain mediation effects in the process of agricultural production services enhancing the production resilience of small-scale farmers.Therefore,we propose some policy recommendations such as enhancing the enthusiasm of small-scale farmers to adopt agricultural production services,improving the agricultural production service system,and giving full play to the mediation effect of scale operation and professional division of labor.
