中国城市交通碳排放时空演变格局与空间溢出效应研究OACHSSCD
Spatiotemporal evolution patterns and spatial spillover effects of urban transportation carbon emissions in China
交通碳排放是我国的重要碳排放源,在实现碳中和与碳达峰过程中发挥着关键作用.文中测度了 1997-2021年中国287个城市的交通碳排放量,运用探索性空间数据与空间马尔可夫链等方法分析其时空演变规律并揭示不同城市间的空间溢出效应.结果显示:1)中国交通碳排放量累计增长7.38亿t,整体交通碳排放量增长543.45%,城市交通碳排放呈现右偏态分布.2)2013年后,中国城市交通碳排放呈现以超大、特大城市为中心、以1小时通勤圈为核心,逐渐向外降低的空间格局特征.3)中国城市人均交通碳排放呈现显著的"层级穿插"特征,其与城市规模之间并非简单的线性对应关系.4)中国城市人均交通碳排放受相邻城市的显著影响,具有"俱乐部效应",且在相邻年份较难实现跨越式发展;根据预测结果,未来城市人均交通碳排放显著增加并呈现以高值为核心的左偏态分布.文中以市级单元作为切入点,旨在为优化国家交通碳治理体系、制定差异化调控政策提供更加精细化、区域化的决策支持.
The transportation sector is a significant contributor to China's carbon emissions and plays a pivotal role in achieving carbon peaking and neutrality goals.This study measures transportation carbon emissions for 287 Chinese cities from 1997 to 2021 and investigates their spatiotemporal evolution and intercity spillover effects using exploratory spatial data analysis and spatial Markov chain methods.The results reveal that:1)China's transportation carbon emissions increased cumulatively by 738 million tons,with total emissions rising by 543.45%,and urban transportation emissions exhibiting a pronounced right-skewed distribution.2)Since 2013,urban transportation carbon emissions have displayed a spatial pattern centered on megacities and large cities,structured around one-hour commuting zones and gradually decreasing toward surrounding areas.3)Per capita urban transportation carbon emissions exhibit a distinct"hierarchical interleaving"pattern,indicating that their relationship with city scale is not a simple linear one.4)Per capita transportation carbon emissions are significantly influenced by neighboring cities,demonstrating a clear"club effect,"and show limited mobility across adjacent periods.Projections suggest that future per capita transportation carbon emissions will increase markedly and exhibit a left-skewed distribution dominated by high-value clusters.By adopting the city as the unit of analysis,this study provides more refined and region-specific insights to support the optimization of China's transportation carbon governance framework and the formulation of differentiated regulatory policies.
