集装箱空箱堆场是集装箱码头运营中的重要组成部分,其工艺组织形式和设备配置直接影响着集装箱码头运行效率.针对当前空箱堆场在作业效率、土地资源约束以及绿色低碳发展等方面的实际需求,本文对多种空箱立体堆场工艺方案进行了分析与研究比较,重点阐述了不同的工艺方案在工艺布置、设备配置、作业流程组织等方面的技术特征.并在此基础上构建仿真模型,对各工艺方案在典型工况条件下的运行过程进行了仿真模拟,分析工艺方案的合理性与工程可行性.

Empty container yard is an important component in the operation of a container terminal.Its process organization mode and equipment configuration directly affect the efficiency of the container terminal.In response to the actual demands of current empty container yards in terms of the operation efficiency,land resource constraints,green and low-carbon development,a comparative analysis was made for a variety of vertical yard process plans corresponding to empty containers by focusing on the technical characteristics of different processes involving the process layout,equipment configuration and operation process organization.In addition,a model was built to simulate the operation process of each plan under typical working conditions,and assess the process rationality and engineering feasibility.
