沿海长航道设计中若干关键问题的研究OA
Research on Key Issues in Design of Long Coastal Channels
为了适应国际航运市场船舶大型化的需要,多港区加快建设深水航道,配套大型化、专业化码头以提升港口核心竞争力和综合服务能力.而深水航道的长距离、大尺度、泥沙回淤等特点使得建设工程量较大,需通过优化设计进行投资压缩.本文以黄骅港综合港区20万吨级航道工程、南通港通州湾作业区30万吨级航道方案研究为基础,对通航水位及基准面的选取、分段乘潮及主尺度设计、施工期回淤的计算等关键影响因素进行分析,提出的解决思路和设计方案可为类似项目提供参考.
In order to meet the needs of large-size vessels in the international shipping market,the construction of deep-water channels and large-scale supporting facilities was speeding up in many harbors,the specialized terminals focused on the improvement of port core competitiveness and integral service capacities.However,the deep-water channels were characterized with long distance,large scale and siltation,which resulted in great amount of work,so it was necessary to reduce the investment through the design optimization.By studying the channel project for ships up to 200 000 tons at comprehensive harbor of Huanghua Port and the channel project for ships up to 300 000 tons in Tongzhou Bay operation zone of Nantong Port,the key factors were analyzed,including the selection of navigable water level and datum level,the design of segmental tide-riding and main size of channels,and the calculation of siltation during the construction period.The design ideas and options could serve as a reference for similar projects.
