以惠州港荃湾港区新建进港航道配套航路为研究对象,根据航路规划的相关规定、原则和设计规范要求,在分析大亚湾水域的自然环境、航行条件、船舶交通流现状的基础上,对惠州港荃湾港区新建进港航道配套航路规划方案进行研究.基于航路位置、船舶操纵、通航尺度、海流条件、交通环境等船舶航路规划约束条件,建立多目标约束下的航路规划理论,对规划航路合理性进行分析,其中,基于海上船舶自动识别系统(AIS)数据,并借助数理统计方法,着重分析大亚湾水域船舶交通流环境情况,最后提出航路规划建议与安全保障措施.本研究可为港口水域总体规划及同类项目提供借鉴与参考.

Based on the supporting route for a newly constructed approach channel at Quanwan Harbor of Huizhou Port,the regulations,principles and design specifications related to the navigation route planning were followed to analyze local natural environment,navigation conditions and the status of ship traffic flow in Daya Bay waters,furthermore,to study the relevant planning strategy.Based on the navigation route location,ship maneuvering,navigation scale,sea current conditions,traffic environment and other constraint conditions involving in the navigation route planning,a multi-objective constrained route planning theory was established to analyze the route planning rationality.Based on the data gathered from Automatic Identification System(AIS)covering maritime vessels,the mathematical statistics method was used to analyze the ship traffic flow environment in Daya Bay waters in detail.Finally,the route planning proposals and safety measures were put forward.This research findings can provide a reference for overall planning of port waters and similar projects.
