基于全生命周期成本的粉沙质海岸LNG码头总平面方案比选OA
Comparative Selection of General Layout Plans of an LNG Terminal Built on a Silty Coast Based on Life-Cycle Cost
唐山港京唐港区位于粉沙质海岸地区,泥沙运动强烈,淤积严重,对LNG码头总平面设计提出了更高要求.针对传统总平面方案比选过程中侧重初始建设成本的不足,本文引入全生命周期成本法(LCC),开展粉沙质海岸 LNG 码头总平面方案比选研究.通过构建适配粉沙质海岸场景的 LCC 核算体系,重点考量泥沙回淤治理等特色成本项,结合技术可行性分析比选,科学筛选出最佳的总平面方案.本文也为同类海岸重大港口工程的方案优化提供了新的思路与方法.
Jingtang Harbor of Tangshan Port is located at a silty coast,intense sediment motion and severe silting lead to higher requirements for the general layout design of an LNG terminal.In view of the traditional comparison and selection of general layout plans focusing on the initial construction cost only,Life-Cycle Cost(LCC)method applied here to conduct a comparative analysis of the general layout plans of an LNG terminal on a silty coast.By establishing an LCC accounting system suitable for silty coastal scenarios,with special attention paid to the characteristic cost items such as the sediment silting treatment,and combined with the technical feasibility analysis,the optimum strategy was scientifically selected.This researches also provided a new idea and method for the design optimization of important port projects under similar coastal conditions.
