采用理化等手段,分析25Mn冷拔油缸管在冷拔去应力后进行刮削滚光时内表面出现的白点缺陷.结果表明:该白点缺陷的主要成分为Al2O3、CaO和MgO,其成分与钢包渣的接近,因此判断其是由浇注过程中卷渣造成的.减少油缸管用钢中B类夹杂物可降低白点缺陷的产生概率,具体改进措施包括:控制冶炼阶段钢中氧含量,减少原材料中夹杂物带入,强化钢中夹杂物上浮和去除,避免结晶器卷渣,以及提高耐火材料质量等.

Physical and chemical methods are adopted to analyze the white spot defect appearing on the inner surface of the 25Mn cold-drawn oil cylinder tube during skiving and roller-burnishing after cold drawing and stress relief.The results show that the main components of the said white spot defect are Al2O3,CaO and MgO which are similar to those of the ladle slag,so it is determined that the defect is caused by slag entrapment occurring during the casting process.Reducing the formation of Type B inclusions in the steel for the oil cylinder tube can decrease the occurrence probability of the white spot defect.Accordingly specific improvement measures are taken,including controlling the oxygen content in the steel during smelting,reducing the introduction of inclusions from raw materials,strengthening the floating and removal of inclusions in the steel,avoiding mold slag entrapment,and improving the quality of refractory materials.
