Intelligentization of Process Equipment Technology for JCOE Production Line

讨论JCOE直缝埋弧焊管生产线工艺装备技术智能化的发展,重点分析各工序自动化测量与智能闭环控制技术.通过对引熄弧板自动装配、预弯边、JCO成型、扩径等关键工序从自动化到智能化的深入探讨,揭示智能化转型对提升焊管质量与生产效率的重要作用.结果表明,现代JCOE生产线通过集成机器视觉、激光轮廓测量、工业以太网和生产执行系统(MES)等先进技术,实现了从原料到成品的全流程智能闭环控制,使产品的尺寸精度、力学性能一致性显著提升,生产效率大幅提高.智能闭环控制为实现集中监控、无人操作创造了条件,降低或消除了人为因素的影响.

Discussed in this paper is the development of intelligentization of process equipment technology for JCOE longitudinal submerged arc welded(LSAW)pipe production line,focusing on the automatic measurement and intelligent closed-loop control technologies in each operation step.Based on in-depth discussions on the transformation from auto-mation to intelligentization of the key processes such as automatic assembly of start and stop arc plates,pre-bending,JCO forming and expanding,the important role as played by intelligent transformation in improving welded pipe quality and production efficiency is revealed.The results show that the modern JCOE production line realizes full-process intelli-gent closed-loop control from raw materials to finished products by integrating advanced technologies such as machine vision,laser profile measurement,industrial Ethernet and MES(manufacturing execution system),which significantly improves the dimensional accuracy and consistency of mechanical properties of the product,and greatly enhances produ-ction efficiency.The intelligent closed-loop control creates conditions for centralized monitoring and unmanned operation,reducing or eliminating the influence of human factors.
