Development and Application of a New Metallurgically-bonded Seamless Bimetallic Composite Pipe
开展新型冶金无缝双金属复合管的研发,攻克了复合管坯制备、热成型、冷成型、热处理等核心技术,形成新型冶金无缝双金属复合管及其配套的焊接、螺纹连接和管件制备技术.性能测试表明,产品界面达到冶金结合,结合强度高,实现了力学性能与耐腐蚀性能的协同优化,综合性能优于现有同类产品,可适配高温、高压、高腐蚀工况.产品工程应用的效果良好,且技术经济性显著,具有广阔的工程应用前景和显著的经济效益.
The research and development of a new metallurgically-bonded seamless bimetallic composite pipe is carried out.A series of key technologies difficulties are overcome,including the composite pipe-used billet preparation,hot forming,cold forming and heat treatment and so on.A new metallurgically-bonded seamless bimetallic composite pipe and related supporting technologies concerning welding,threaded connection and tubular fitting manufacturing are developed.The results of relevant performance tests show that the product interface achieves metallurgical bonding with high bonding strength,and the collaborative optimization of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the pipe are also achieved.The comprehensive performance of the pipe is superior to existing similar products,which adapts to high-temperature,high-pressure and highly-corrosive working conditions.The product has achieved satisfactory effectiveness in engineering applications,featuring remarkable technical and economic advantages,and having broad engineering application prospects,as well as significant economic benefits.
