肝假性淋巴瘤一例OA

Hepatic pseudolymphoma is a rare benign liver tumor.Due to the lack of clinical specificity and characteristic imaging manifestations,it is difficult to differentiate from other malignant liver tumors.This article reports a case of hepatic pseudolymphoma confirmed by pathological examination after surgical resection,analyzes its imaging features,and aims to improve preoperative diagnosis by clinicians and radiologists.
