高频变压器磁热耦合降阶快速计算方法OA
Fast Calculation Method for Magneto-thermal Coupling Reduced-order Modeling of High-frequency Transformers
在磁热耦合计算中,传统的数值计算方法常面临计算精度和效率之间的矛盾,针对传统方法在高频环境下的不足,提出使用基于降阶模型的快速计算方法,即本征正交分解-包含线性项的径向基函数响应面法(proper orthogonal decomposition-radial basis function response surface method including linear polynomial,POD-RBFLP),通过建立模态系数与工况之间的响应面模型,使得在不同工作条件下能够快速获得温度场分布.该方法通过在降低阶数的同时,保持较高的计算精度,适用于实时在线仿真应用.在具体应用中,该文将POD-RBFLP方法应用于高频变压器,对其温度场进行降阶计算,并数值计算验证了该方法的有效性.对50组工况进行测试发现,全场域温度场降阶模型的绝对误差均在5 ℃以下,相对误差均在3%以下,速度提升337.44倍.结果表明,POD-RBFLP方法精确度较高,且能够有效提高温度场计算速度.
In the magnetothermal coupling calculation,the traditional numerical calculation method often faces the con-tradiction between computational accuracy and efficiency.Therefore,in view of the shortcomings of the traditional method in the high-frequency environment,a fast calculation method based on the reduced order model is proposed,namely,the proper orthogonal decomposition-radial basis function response surface method with linear terms including linear polynomial(POD-RBFLP);meanwhile,the response surface model between the modal coefficient and the working conditions is established,so that the temperature field distribution can be quickly obtained under different working condi-tions.This method is suitable for real-time online simulation applications by reducing the order while maintaining high calculation accuracy.In specific applications,the POD-RBFLP method is applied to high-frequency transformers,its temperature field is reduced,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by numerical calculation.The test of 50 sets of working conditions shows that the absolute error of the temperature field reduction model in the whole field is less than 5 ℃,the relative error is less than 3%,and the speed is increased by 337.44 times.The results show that the POD-RBFLP method has high accuracy and can be adopted to effectively improve the speed of temperature field calculation.
