As critical hubs of waterway transportation,navigation locks rely heavily on the manufacturing quality of triangular gates,which decisively impacts operational safety and long-term service performance.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the manufacturing processes and key quality control measures for the gate leaf of triangular lock gates,specifying operational procedures and technical requirements at each stage.By applying the curvature radius formula to control the curvature of the main beam web,the arc accuracy after welding is effectively ensured,ultimately establishing a replicable manufacturing methodology with high reliability.This approach offers technical assurance for the stability and service life of triangular gates under complex hydrodynamic loads,providing practical guidance for the construction of water transport infrastructure.
