C4F7N-CO2-O2三元环保混合气体电子群参数研究OA
Study on Electron Swarm Parameters of C4F7N-CO2-O2 Ternary Environmentally Friendly Mixed Gas
六氟化硫(SF6)因优异的绝缘和灭弧性能成为中高压电力设备的主流绝缘介质,但其强温室效应特性使其亟需被替代.七氟异丁腈(C4F7N)作为极具潜力的新型环保绝缘气体,凭借优良的电气性能和低环境危害成为研究热点,然而现有研究多聚焦其与单一缓冲气体的二元混合体系,针对C4F7N-CO2-O2三元混合气体的电子群参数研究仍属空白,制约了该体系的等离子体模拟与工程应用.为此,基于高精度脉冲汤逊(PT)实验平台结合物理模型分析的测试方法,在200 Pa气压下对不同配比的C4F7N-CO2-O2三元混合气体开展电子群参数测量实验验证.实验获得了混合气体的有效电离速率系数、电子漂移速度和密度归一化纵向扩散系数,确定了不同比例的混合气体的约化临界击穿电场强度,并分析了 C4F7N与CO2-O2缓冲气体之间的协同效应,为C4F7N的工程应用提供基础参数.
Sulfur hexafluoride(SF6)has become the mainstream insulating medium for medium and high-voltage electrical equipment due to its excellent insulating and arc-extinguishing properties,yet it is in urgent need of replacement because of its strong greenhouse effect characteristics.Heptafluoro-isobutyronitrile(C4F7N),as a highly potential new eco-friendly insulating gas,has become a research hotspot by virtue of its superior electrical performance and low environmental harm.However,existing studies mostly focus on its binary mixture systems with a single buffer gas,and the research on electron swarm parameters of the C4F7N-CO2-O2 ternary mixture gas remains a blank which restricts the plasma simulation and engineering application of this system.Therefore,based on the test method combining the high-precision pulsed Townsend(PT)experimental platform with physical model analysis,this paper carries out experimental verification on the measurement of electron swarm parameters for C4 F7 N-CO2-O2 ternary mixture gases with different ratios under the pressure of 200 Pa.The effective ionization rate coefficients,electron drift velocities and density-normalized longitudinal diffusion coefficients of the mixture gases are obtained,the critical reduced breakdown field strengths of the mixture gases with different ratios are determined and the synergistic effects between C4F7N and CO2-O2 buffer gases are analyzed,providing essential data for C4F7N's engineering applications.
