极端灾害下考虑VPP支撑的配电网供电恢复策略OA
Power Restoration Strategy for Distribution Network Considering VPP Support Under Extreme Disasters
突发极端灾害将造成配电网故障,进而引起配电网负荷失电,引起安全问题并造成经济损失.针对该问题提出一种考虑虚拟电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)支撑作用的配电网负荷供电恢复方案,通过VPP内部的源荷储的配合实现配电网负荷恢复率的提升.首先,针对配电网和VPP的内部的源荷储资源构建描述模型,对光伏、储能、可平移负荷、可削减负荷、可转移负荷进行建模;其次提出基于孤岛划分的配电网负荷供电恢复策略,在正常运行状态下配电网电网不进入孤岛模式,以运行成本最低实现与VPP的能量互动;在极端灾害情况下配电网进入多孤岛运行模式以负荷恢复成本最小化为优化目标;然后,提出基于滚动优化的配电网负荷供电恢复方案计算方法,在发生极端灾害情况下,配电网通过制定购售电价格确定VPP的支撑容量,进而提升配电网的负荷恢复量;最后,基于改进的IEEE-33节点系统对所提方案进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明当采用本文所提方案时,有效减少了配电网的失负荷量.
Sudden extreme disasters will cause failures in the distribution networks,leading to load outages and rising to safety issues and economic losses.To address these problems,this paper proposes a load power supply restoration strategy for the distribution networks considering the support of virtual power plants(VPPs),which improves the load restoration rate of the distribution networks through the coordination of the distributed generation(DG),loads and energy storage in the VPPs.First,a descriptive model is constructed for the DGs,load and storage resources inside the distribution networks and VPPs,with modeling conducted for photovoltaic systems,energy storage devices,shiftable loads,curtail able loads and transferable loads.Second,a load power supply restoration strategy for the distribution networks based on island partitioning is proposed.Under normal operation conditions,the distribution network doesn't enter the islanding mode and energy interaction with VPPs is realized with the minimum operation cost.In the event of extreme disasters,the distribution network operates in the multi-islanding mode with the optimization objective of minimizing the load restoration cost.Then,a calculation method for the load power supply restoration strategy of the distribution networks based on rolling optimization is put forward.When an extreme disaster occurs,the distribution network determines the supporting capacity of VPPs by formulating electricity purchasing and selling prices,thereby increasing the load restoration capacity of the distribution network.Finally,the proposed scheme is verified by simulation based on the improved IEEE 33 bus system.The simulation results show that the load loss of the distribution network is effectively reduced by using the proposed strategy.
