MXene材料(如Ti3C2Tx)虽具有高介电损耗和层状结构优势,但其单一组分易导致电磁波反射率高、吸收效率受限.本文旨在通过剥离后的 Ti3C2Tx 纳米片掺杂 Ag颗粒调控前后的吸波性能.选择Ti3AlC2 作为典型的 MXene前驱体,通过LiF刻蚀Ti3AlC2 得到 MXene材料,通过超声离心得到少层的Ti3C2Tx纳米片,并利用化学镀的方法掺杂 Ag颗粒.利用X射线衍射仪分析Ag@Ti3C2Tx纳米片的物相组成.用扫描电子显微镜和投射电子显微镜对 Ag@Ti3C2Tx 纳米片进行形貌分析.利用矢量网络分析仪测试了 Ag@Ti3C2Tx 纳米片与石蜡复合材料X波段的电磁参数,利用Cole-Cole图分析了复合材料的损耗来源,并通过电磁参数分析了Ag@Ti3C2Tx纳米片的吸波性能.通过不同镀银含量发现:掺杂相同质量分数的 Ag@Ti3C2Tx 与石蜡混合,60%Ag@Ti3C2Tx 的吸波性能较为优异,Ag@Ti3C2Tx 纳米片/石蜡复合材料的介电实部/虚部随着 Ag颗粒含量的增加而增大,极化的增强是导致复合材料介电实部/虚部增大的主要原因.Cole-Cole图分析表明:复合材料中存在多种类型的损耗,分别是导电损耗、弛豫极化损耗.吸波性能分析表明,通过改变Ag颗粒的含量,可以调控复合材料的吸波性能,当 Ag含量在60%时,吸波性能最佳,其厚度为4.5 mm 时,在10.53 GHz达到最低反射损耗为-35.7 dB,有效吸收带宽为2.86 GHz(9.54~12.40 GHz).这证明 Ag@Ti3C2Tx 纳米片/石蜡复合材料具有优异的吸收性能,通过改变Ag颗粒含量,可以调控Ag@Ti3C2Tx纳米片的吸波性能.

Although MXene materials(such as Ti3C2Tx)have the advantages of high dielectric loss and layered structure,their single component can easily lead to high electromagnetic wave re-flectivity and limited absorption efficiency.The purpose of this study was to control the absorp-tion performance of Ti3C2Tx nanosheets doped with Ag particles before and after peeling.Meth-ods Ti3AlC2 was selected as a typical MXene precursor,the MXene material was obtained by etch-ing Ti3AlC2 by LiF,the few-layer Ti3C2Tx nanosheets were obtained by ultrasonic centrifugation,and the Ag particles were doped by electroless plating.X-ray diffraction was used to analyze the phase composition of Ag@Ti3C2Tx nanosheets.Scanning electron microscopy and projection elec-tron microscopy were used to analyze the morphology of Ag@Ti3C2Tx nanosheets.The electro-magnetic parameters of the X-band of the Ag@Ti3C2Tx nanosheets and paraffin composites were measured by vector network analyzer,the loss sources of the composites were analyzed by Cole-Cole diagram,and the absorption properties of the Ag@Ti3C2Tx nanosheets were analyzed by e-lectromagnetic parameters.It is found from different silver plating contents,that the 60%Ag@Ti3C2Tx have excellent absorbing performance when the doped Ag@Ti3C2Tx with the same mass fraction is mixed with paraffin,and the dielectric solid/imaginary part of the Ag@Ti3C2Tx nanosheet/paraffin composite increase with the higher of Ag particle content,and the enhance-ment of polarization is the main reason for the increase of the dielectric solid/imaginary part of the composite,and the Cole-Cole diagram analysis show that there are many types of losses in the composites.They are conductive loss and relaxation polarization loss.When the Ag content is 60%,the absorption performance is the best,and when the thickness is 4.5 mm,the lowest re-flection loss is-35.7 dB at 10.53 GHz,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 2.86 GHz(9.54~12.40 GHz)Conclusion Ag@Ti3C2Tx nanosheet/paraffin composites exhibit excellent ab-sorption performance.The absorption performance of Ag@Ti3C2Tx nanosheets can be controlled.
