组织间质液(Interstitial fluid,ISF)作为一种富含生物标志物的"皮下实验室",为疾病的微创监测与治疗提供了新的研究与应用途径.微针技术凭借其微创性和良好的系统集成能力,为实现ISF的采样、生物标志物检测及智能给药提供了理想的技术平台.诊疗一体化的发展是现代医学的革命性进步.本文系统综述了微针诊疗一体化策略在ISF检测中的研究与应用进展,概述了各类微针的结构特点与基础功能,重点讨论了微针传感器采用的电化学与光学传感策略,阐述了基于内源响应与外源触发机制构建的微针释药系统,并系统介绍了该技术在各类疾病中的具体应用案例.尽管微针传感器在检测特异性和载药量等方面仍面临一些挑战,但在材料创新、智能算法及先进制造工艺的推动下,微针诊疗一体化策略正向着实现个性化与精准化医疗的目标方向快速发展.

The development of integrated diagnosis and treatment signifies a revolutionary advancement in modern medicine.Interstitial fluid(ISF),serving as a biomarker-rich"subcutaneous laboratory",offers novel avenues for research and application in minimally invasive disease monitoring and therapy.Micro-needle technology,with its minimally invasive nature and excellent system integration capabilities,provides an ideal technical platform for ISF sampling,biomarker detection,and intelligent drug delivery.This paper systematically reviews the applications and progresses of microneedle-based integrated diagnostic and therapeutic systems in ISF detection.It outlines the structural characteristics and fundamental functions of various microneedle types,focuses on electrochemical and optical sensing strategies employed in microneedle sensors,subsequently elaborates on microneedle drug delivery systems constructed based on endogenous response and exogenous trigger mechanisms.Finally,specific application cases of this technology across various diseases are reviewed.Although challenges remain in detection specificity and drug loading capacity,driven by material innovation,intelligent algorithms,and advanced manufacturing processes,microneedle-based integrated diagnostic and therapeutic systems are rapidly advancing towards personalized and precision medicine.
