长期施肥管理显著影响红壤养分特征及其微生物群落结构,但粪肥替代在不同矿质养分背景下的生态效应仍缺乏系统认识.基于 21 年长期定位试验,设置单施氮肥(N)、氮磷(NP)、氮磷钾(NPK)及其对应粪肥替代处理(NM、NPM、NPKM),探究粪肥替代对红壤细菌群落的影响.结果表明,粪肥替代显著提高土壤 pH 和有效磷含量,并在单施氮肥条件下提高细菌 α 多样性.矿质肥和粪肥均显著影响细菌群落结构.细菌群落组装整体以随机过程主导,且粪肥替代在养分结构较简单体系中增强随机过程作用.因此,粪肥替代对红壤细菌群落的调控具有明显的养分背景依赖,为红壤肥料管理提供了科学依据.

Long-term fertilization management significantly affects nutrient characteristics and microbial community structure in Ultisols.However,the ecological effects of manure substitution under different mineral nutrient backgrounds remain poorly understood.Based on a 21-year long-term field experiment,six treatments were established:nitrogen only(N),nitrogen-phosphorus(NP),and nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium(NPK),along with their corresponding manure-substi-tuted treatments(NM,NPM,and NPKM).This study investigated the effects of manure substitu-tion on bacterial communities in Ultisols.The results showed that manure substitution significantly increased soil pH and available phosphorus content,while enhancing bacterial α-diversity exclusive-ly under the N treatment.Both mineral fertilization and manure substitution significantly affected bacterial community structure.Bacterial community assembly was predominantly driven by stochastic processes,with manure substitution further enhancing stochasticity under nutrient regimes with sim-plified fertilizer inputs.Therefore,the regulatory effects of manure substitution on bacterial commu-nities in Ultisols exhibit clear nutrient-background dependence,providing scientific evidence for fer-tilizer management in red soil regions.
