滨海湿地互花米草入侵和治理后土壤碳氮磷生态化学计量比及固碳微生物特征OA
Characteristics of Soil C∶N∶P Ecological Stoichiometry and Carbon-Sequestering Microorganisms Following Spartina alterniflora Invasion and Control in Coastal Wetlands
互花米草入侵威胁着滨海湿地生态环境安全.以福建典型滨海湿地的光滩湿地、互花米草入侵湿地和红树林替代互花米草治理后湿地为研究对象,探究土壤碳氮磷及其计量比对土壤固碳微生物的影响.结果表明:互花米草入侵后土壤有机碳含量、碳磷比和氮磷比分别显著升高 15.30%、27.68%和 23.87%(P<0.05).与入侵湿地相比,治理后红树林湿地碳氮磷计量比进一步提高.不同生境门水平优势固碳微生物均为假单胞菌门,光滩湿地和互花米草入侵湿地属水平优势固碳微生物均为生丝微菌属,治理后红树林湿地属水平优势固碳微生物为草螺菌属.土壤碳氮磷含量及其计量比对固碳微生物优势菌属具有显著的生境特异性调控作用,碳与养分条件对固碳微生物群落结构具有选择性筛选效应.
Spartina alterniflora invasion poses a threat to the ecological security of coastal wet-lands.By taking bare tidal flats,S.alterniflora-invaded wetland,and restored mangrove wetland after S.alterniflora control as research objects,this study explored the impacts of soil carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P)and their stoichiometric ratios on soil carbon-sequestering microorganisms in typical coastal wetlands of Fujian Province.The results showed that:S.alterniflora invasion signifi-cantly increased soil organic carbon(SOC)content,C∶P ratio,and N∶P ratio by 15.30%,27.68%,and 23.87%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the S.alterniflora-invaded wetland,the soil C∶N∶P stoichiometric ratios in the mangrove wetland after restoration showed a further in-crease.Pseudomonadota was the dominant phylum of carbon-sequestering microorganisms across all habitats.At the genus level,Hyphomicrobium was the dominant genus in both bare tidal flat and S.alterniflora-invaded wetlands,while Herbaspirillum was the dominant genus in mangrove wetlands after restoration.Soil C,N,and P contents and their stoichiometric ratios exerted significant habitat-specific regulatory effects on the dominant carbon-sequestering genera,while carbon and nutrient conditions showed a selective screening effect on the community structure of carbon-sequestering mi-croorganisms.
