目的 基于传统中医"肺脾肾同病、三焦同调"理论,构建彩色Petri网(CPNs)动态仿真模型,对针刺治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(perennial allergic rhinitis,PAR)进行定量分析.方法 构建"针刺-经络-脏腑"一体化CPNs框架,将脏腑功能状态表示为连续型量化变量,设计整体选穴、局部选穴与空白对照3类干预路径,从恢复速率、稳态水平与系统协同性3个维度进行比较.结果 3组均呈现由"虚态"向"平衡态"恢复的趋势.整体选穴组在核心脏腑功能提升及稳态维持方面总体较优,局部选穴组在系统协同性方面更具优势,二者均优于空白对照组.结论 CPNs模型可刻画常年性变应性鼻炎针刺干预的动态过程,并建立中医辨证语义与系统动力学状态之间的可解释映射,为针刺数字化研究提供量化建模路径.

OBJECTIVE Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of"lung-spleen-kidney involvement with simultaneous regulation of the triple energizer",this study constructed a colored Petri nets(CPNs)dynamic simulation model to quantitatively analyze acupuncture treatment for perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR).METHODS An integrated"acupuncture-meridian-zang-fu"CPNs framework was developed,in which zang-fu functional states were represented as continuous quantitative variables.Three intervention pathways,namely comprehensive acupoint selection,local acupoint selection,and an untreated control group,were designed and compared in terms of recovery rate,steady-state level,and overall system synergy.RESULTS All three groups exhibited a recovery trend from a deficient state to a balanced state.The comprehensive acupoint selection group showed overall advantages in improving the functions of the core zang organs and maintaining steady states,whereas the local acupoint selection group demonstrated greater advantages in overall system synergy.Both outperformed the untreated control group.CONCLUSION The CPNs model can characterize the dynamic process of acupuncture intervention for PAR,establish an interpretable mapping between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation semantics and system dynamic states,and provide a quantitative modeling framework for digital acupuncture research.
