Research on Spot Trading Decision of Hybrid Virtual Power Plants Considering Demand Response Linkage and Deviation Assessment Feedforward
针对国内虚拟电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)可持续性常态化运营的核心问题,文章旨在探究混合型虚拟电厂以所集成分布式资源运行调控为基础的现货交易策略.首先,说明了参与现货市场交易和偏差考核管理对混合型VPP实现长期稳定经营和拓展商业模式的必要性.由此澄清了混合型VPP在考虑需求响应衔接的现货电能量市场中,贯穿日前、实时、结算阶段的现货交易流程,并基于量价风险的时序传导,提出了在日前决策阶段考虑实时运行与结算费用,重点将偏差考核费用前馈至现货收益中开展协同优化的一体化决策框架.进而,构建了混合型VPP现货交易决策前瞻性协同优化模型,主要结合不确定场景和条件风险价值(conditional value at risk,CVaR),围绕现货电能量、需求响应市场收益及实时运行调控成本,量化混合型VPP现货日前决策阶段的全局预期收益和交易风险.最后,通过算例分析验证了所提模型的可行性和有效性.结果表明,计及偏差考核前馈的交易决策协同优化,对混合型VPP提升预期收益并降低交易风险具有全局性和前瞻性优势.
In light of the core issue of the sustainable and normalized operation of domestic virtual power plants(VPPs),this article explores the spot trading strategy for hybrid virtual power plants based on the operation and regulation of integrated distributed resources.First,it explains the necessity of participating in spot market transactions and of managing deviation assessment for a hybrid VPP to achieve long-term stable operation and expand its business model.It clarifies the spot trading process of a hybrid VPP across the day-ahead,real-time,and settlement stages in the spot electricity market,considering the linkage to demand response.And,based on the temporal transmission of quantity and price risks,it proposes an integrated decision-making framework that considers real-time operation and settlement costs in the day-ahead decision-making stage,with a focus on feeding the deviation assessment costs forward to the spot returns for collaborative optimization.Accordingly,a forward-looking collaborative optimization model for spot trading decisions in a hybrid VPP is developed.It mainly combines uncertain scenarios and conditional value at risk(CVaR)to quantify the global expected benefits and transaction risks of a hybrid VPP in the spot day-ahead decision-making stage,based on the returns from the spot electricity market and the demand response market,and real-time operation and control costs.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified through case analysis.The results show that the collaborative optimization of transaction decision-making,taking into account deviation assessment feedforward,offers global and forward-looking advantages for the hybrid VPP,increasing expected returns and reducing transaction risks.
