面向电力变压器规程的知识图谱构建方法研究OA
Research on the Construction Method of Knowledge Graph for Power Transformer Regulations
电力变压器在安装运输、运行维护和试验等过程中需要严格遵守相关的技术要求和标准规范,这些标准规范数据量大并且大多以文本的形式存储,电网工作人员在对这些规程文本进行查询时,存在查询效率低且知识关联性弱等问题.知识图谱作为一种新的知识组织和管理方式,能够实现对海量信息的直观展示和高效检索,文章设计了一种面向电力变压器规程的知识图谱构建方法.针对变压器规程文本中存在的三元组重叠问题,同时为提高三元组抽取的准确率,文章采用一种融合多头注意力机制(multi-head attention,MHA)和双向长短期记忆网络(bidirectional long short-term memory,BiLSTM)的实体关系联合抽取模型(cascade binary tagging framework-BiLSTM-MHA,CasRel-BiLSTM-MHA)对文本进行知识抽取.实验结果表明,基于该模型的F1值达到83.48%,与其他对比模型相比有明显提升,验证了该模型在构建电力变压器规程知识图谱知识抽取任务中的优越性.将构建的知识图谱应用于电力变压器规程知识智能问答中,能够为变压器的安全运行和规范作业提供有力支撑.
During the installation,transportation,operation,maintenance,and testing of power transformers,it is necessary to strictly comply with relevant technical requirements and standard specifications.These standard specifications have a large amount of data and are mostly stored in the form of text.When power grid workers query these specification texts,there are problems such as low query efficiency and weak knowledge correlation.As a new way of knowledge organization and management,knowledge graph can achieve intuitive display and efficient retrieval of massive information.Therefore,this article designs a knowledge graph construction method for power transformer regulations.To address the issue of triplet overlap in transformer regulation texts and improve the accuracy of triplet extraction,this paper adopts a CasRel-BiLSTM-MHA entity relationship joint extraction model that integrates multi head attention mechanism and bidirectional LSTM to extract knowledge from texts.The experimental results show that the F1 value based on this model reaches 83.48%,which is significantly improved compared to other comparative models,verifying the superiority of this model in constructing knowledge extraction tasks for power transformer regulations.Finally,applying the constructed knowledge graph to the intelligent Q&A of power transformer regulations can provide strong support for the safe operation and standardized operation of transformers.
