多元商业模式下电动汽车集群参与多市场两阶段交易决策OA
Multi-market Two-stage Trading Decisions with Participation of Electric Vehicle Clusters Under Diversified Business Modes
电动汽车(EV)作为负荷侧关键的灵活性资源,其调节能力不仅与物理运行约束相关,也与其参与电力市场的商业模式有关.为充分挖掘EV灵活性调节潜力,文中首先针对EV集群在不同商业模式下的调节能力进行了建模;然后,建立电能量-调频-备用-零售多市场、日前-实时两阶段双层优化模型对EV集群的交易决策行为进行优化;最后,基于改进的IEEE 30节点系统对自主充电-购买型、站控充电-购买型、站控换电-租赁与回收型、自主充电-租赁与回收型4种典型商业模式下EV集群的调节能力进行了算例验证.结果表明,站控换电-租赁模式依托深度调节优势,其可调能力最强,可实现收益最大化.同时,给出了适配不同商业模式的EV集群交易策略.
As a key flexibility resource on the load side,the regulation capability of electric vehicles(EVs)is not only related to physical operation constraints but also to their business modes participating in the electricity market.To fully exploit the flexibility regulation potential of EVs,this paper first models the regulation capabilities of EV clusters under various business modes.Then,a multi-market for electric energy-frequency regulation-reserve-retail,involving a day-ahead and real-time two-stage bi-level optimization model is established to optimize the trading decision behaviors of EV clusters.Finally,case studies are conducted on the IEEE 30-bus system to validate the regulation capabilities of EV clusters under four typical business modes:self-charging with battery ownership,station-controlled charging with battery ownership,station-controlled battery swapping with leasing and recycling,and self-charging with leasing and recycling.The results show that the station-controlled swapping-leasing mode achieves the highest adjustable capability due to its deep regulation advantages,maximizing revenue.Additionally,EV cluster trading strategies tailored to various business modes are proposed.
