川渝特高压交流工程甘孜—天府南1 000 kV线路是我国首条位于高海拔、特重覆冰区段的1 000 kV特高压交流线路,为保证线路运行安全且不影响供电,需对其特重覆冰的二郎山段和猪杠山段进行不停电地线融冰.鉴于线路融冰需求和接线的快捷性,需要单独设计融冰联络线路进行供电,本文参考以往高压线路融冰设计的经验,经计算研究得出地线融冰联络线路电压等级、导线、绝缘子串、对地距离和铁塔等的设计技术方案,为今后更多特高压线路在重覆冰区地线不停电融冰提供参考和经验.

The Ganzi-Tianfu South 1 000 kV line of the Sichuan-Chongqing AC UHV project is China's first 1 000 kV AC UHV line located in a high-altitude and extremely heavy icing area.To ensure safe operation without affecting power supply,it is necessary to carry out non-power-off ground wire de-icing for the Mount Erlang and Mount Zhugang sections with extremely heavy icing.Considering the de-icing requirements of the line and the convenience of wiring,a de-icing interconnection line needs to be designed for power supply.Drawing on previous experience in high-voltage line de-icing design,through calculation and research,the design technical scheme for the voltage level,conductor,insulator string,ground clearance,and transmission tower of the ground wire de-icing interconnection line has been obtained,providing reference and experience for future non-power-off ground wire de-icing of more UHV lines in heavy icing areas.
