高海拔极寒地区光伏升压站设计研究OA
Research on the Design of Photovoltaic Booster Stations in High Altitude Extremely Cold Regions
针对西藏某220 kV光伏汇集升压站高海拔、极端低温、用地紧张等工程难题,本文开展高海拔紧凑型升压站设计研究.首先,依据相关标准对高海拔条件下设备外绝缘及空气间隙进行修正,得到35 kV和220 kV配电装置空气净距修正值.其次,从低温、强紫外线、大风沙三方面提出设备选型方案,包括采用KI50X低温变压器油、GIS罐体伴热带、罐式断路器、抗紫外线氟碳面漆及复合套管、防风沙双层密封箱体等措施.然后,优选集合式电容器替代框架式电容器,节省占地约2/3.最后,提出220 kV GIS与35 kV配电装置双层架空平台布置方案,结果表明,双层紧凑布置较常规单层方案节约用地约50%,同时满足了恶劣环境下的设备安全运行要求.本文成果可为高海拔极寒地区光伏汇集升压站设计提供参考.
To address the engineering challenges of a 220 kV photovoltaic(PV)collection substation in Tibet,including high altitude,extreme low temperature,and limited land resources,this paper conducts research on the design of a high-altitude compact substation.First,based on relevant standards,the external insulation and air clearance of equipment under high-altitude conditions are corrected,and the corrected air clearance values for 35 kV and 220 kV switchgear are obtained.Second,equipment selection schemes are proposed considering low temperature,intense ultraviolet radiation,and sandstorms,including the adoption of KI50X low-temperature transformer oil,heat tracing for GIS tanks,tank-type circuit breakers,UV-resistant fluorocarbon paint and composite bushings,and sandstorm-proof double-sealed enclosures.Third,assembled shunt capacitors are selected instead of frame-type capacitors,reducing the footprint by approximately two-thirds.Finally,a double-layer elevated platform arrangement combining 220 kV GIS and 35 kV switchgear is proposed.The results show that the compact double-layer arrangement saves about 50%of land compared with conventional single-layer schemes while ensuring safe equipment operation under harsh environmental conditions.The findings of this paper can serve as a design reference for PV collection substations in high-altitude and extremely cold regions.
