为了改善LiNi0.7Co0.1Mn0.2O2的残锂和提高其电化学稳定性,以葡萄糖为碳源,通过湿法包覆和高温煅烧的方法进行碳包覆改性,制得LiNi0.7Co0.1Mn0.2O2@C材料.利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对样品结构进行表征,并组装成扣式电池对其进行电化学性能测试.研究表明:包覆的碳层能有效降低表面残碱,同时碳包覆能显著提升电子导电性、改善材料的电化学性能.在0.2 C、2.75~4.3 V电压下放电比容量为186.1 mAh/g,放电效率达89.0%.1 C循环80次后容量保持率为97.6%,且电荷转移阻抗较小.

To improve the residual lithium and enhance the electrochemical stability of LiNi0.7Co0.1-Mn0.2O2,glucose was used as the carbon source.A carbon-coated LiNi0.7Co0.1Mn0.2O2@C material was prepared through wet-chemical coating and high-temperature calcination.The sample was character-ized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Coin cells were assembled to test its electrochemical performance.The results show that the carbon coating effectively reduced surface residual alkali.The carbon coating not only significantly enhanced electronic conductivity but also improved overall electrochemical performance.At a current density of 0.2 C and a voltage range of 2.75-4.3 V,a discharge specific capacity of 186.1 mAh/g was achieved.The discharge efficiency reached 89.0%.After 80 cycles at 1 C,the capacity retention rate was 97.6%.A low charge transfer resistance was observed.
