针对传统工程教育中存在的教学模式固化、与实际应用及工程需求脱节等问题,本文基于"北斗导航定位与北斗通信综合实验"课程,构建"基础掌握-应用扩展-实践创新"三阶段实验培养体系.该体系通过系统化的实验设计,帮助学生扎实掌握基础知识,拓展应用能力,并在创新实践中提升解决复杂工程问题的能力.同时,实验教学模式结合产学研深度融合,将实际工程需求与课堂学习紧密联系,增强了学生的工程应用能力和创新能力.通过该实验教学,学生的理论知识与工程实践能力得到了有效提升,为培养高素质、创新型卫星导航技术人才奠定了基础.

In response to the challenges of rigid teaching models and the disconnect between traditional engineering education and practical engineering needs,this paper develops a three-stage experimental training system encompassing"basic mastery-application expansion-practical innovation"based on the Comprehensive Experiment on Beidou Navigation Positioning and Communication course.Through systematic experimental design,this framework enables students to solidify their grasp of fundamental knowledge,expand application capabilities,and enhance their ability to address complex engineering challenges through innovative practices.The teaching model integrates deep industry-academia-research collaboration,closely aligning authentic engineering demands with classroom learning to strengthen students'engineering application competence and innovative capacity.Empirical results demonstrate that the experimental pedagogy effectively enhances students'theoretical knowledge and practical engineering skills,establishing a foundation for cultivating high-caliber,innovative talents in satellite navigation technology.
