变压器振动噪声特性及降噪方法分析OA

Analysis of vibration noise characteristics and noise reduction methods for transformers

变压器是变电站噪声的主要来源设备,为了抑制变压器所产生的噪声,本文首先对变压器铁心和绕组进行振动机理分析,然后对变压器进行磁场和力场的多物理场耦合仿真,探索变压器噪声特性及传播规律,为变压器噪声治理提供理论支撑,最后从本体降噪角度给出降噪方法.

Transformers are the main equipment that generates noise in substations.To suppress the noise generated by transformers,this paper analyzes the relevant mechanisms of the vibration of iron core and winding.The corresponding simulation model is established,and multi-physics coupling simulation analysis of magnetic field and force field is carried out.The characteristics and laws of transformer noise generation are explored to provide a theoretical basis for the noise control of transformers.Finally,corresponding noise reduction methods are proposed.
