电弧增材制造(WAAM)316L不锈钢厚壁结构件在沉积过程中经历复杂热循环,易产生组织不均匀和残余应力,焊后热处理是改善其综合性能的重要手段.本研究采用脉冲电流WAAM制备316L不锈钢厚壁构件,分别实施了800℃、1 000℃和1 100℃三种不同温度参数的热处理工艺,探究热处理温度对电弧增材制造厚壁成形件的影响.结果表明,800℃热处理后金相组织仍为奥氏体和少量铁素体,硬度稍有下降,自腐蚀电流密度降至热处理前的63%~99%,耐蚀性提升;1 000℃热处理后树枝晶粗化明显,硬度下降幅度增大,自腐蚀电流密度增大至原来的104%~169%,耐蚀性降低;1 100℃热处理后铁素体几乎全部溶入奥氏体中,硬度显著下降,自腐蚀电流密度增大至原来的122%~265%,耐蚀性急剧下降.

Thick-walled 316L stainless steel components fabricated by wire and arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)un-dergo complex thermal cycles during deposition,which tend to cause microstructural inhomogeneity and residual stress.Post-weld heat treatment is an important approach to improving their overall performance.In this study,316L stainless steel thick-walled components were fabricated by pulsed-current WAAM and subjected to heat treatments at 800℃,1 000℃,and 1 100℃,respectively,to investigate the effect of heat treatment temperature on the as-deposited components.The re-sults show that after heat treatment at 800℃,the microstructure still consists of austenite and a small amount of ferrite,the hardness decreases slightly,and the self-corrosion current density drops to 63%-99%of the as-deposited value,indicating improved corrosion resistance.After heat treatment at 1 000℃,dendritic coarsening becomes significant,the hardness de-creases more markedly,and the self-corrosion current density increases to 104%-169%of the original value,indicating re-duced corrosion resistance.After heat treatment at 1 100℃,ferrite is almost completely dissolved into austenite,the hard-ness decreases significantly,and the self-corrosion current density increases to 122%-265%of the original value,indicating a drastic decline in corrosion resistance.
