生物发酵罐叶片电弧增材制造及性能强化工艺研究OA

生物发酵罐搅拌器可以快速的将罐内液体搅拌均匀,目前工业生产主要通过铸造及后续焊接等工序完成.基于传统工艺生产叶片,提出采用电弧增材制造(WAAM)的方式一体化沉积不锈钢叶片,并利用激光重熔(RM)叶片表面减小表面粗糙度,随后对WAAM和RM组织性能进行对比,优化最后生物发酵罐搅拌器叶片工艺.结果表明:与传统生产方式制造的叶片对比,WAAM能一体化沉积出搅拌器叶片,减少生产工序,减小焊接会产生的应力集中等问题,加入RM不仅可以减小表面粗糙度,还能够减小组织和性能的"各向异性",RM后各个区域的金相显微组织更为均匀,维氏硬度值均在200 HV0.5以上,有效减小应力集中;自腐蚀电位均在-0.35~-0.2 V间,自腐蚀电流密度差值减小,耐蚀性更均匀;拉伸性能方面,抗拉强度均在450 MPa以上,RM的拉伸强度和断后伸长率更长,沿沉积方向的断后伸长率大于垂直于沉积方向的断后伸长率,总之RM让生物发酵罐搅拌器叶片的各个区域性能更均匀.

The stirring device of the bioreactor could rapidly mix the liquid inside the tank evenly.At present,the industrial production of the stirring device is mainly completed through casting and subsequent welding processes.Based on the tradi-tional manufacturing process of blades,a method of using wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)to deposit stainless steel blades in an integrated manner was proposed.Laser remelting(RM)was then applied to the surface of the blades to re-duce surface roughness.Subsequently,the microstructure and properties of WAAM and RM were compared to optimize the final process of the bioreactor stirring device blades.The results showed that compared with the blades manufactured by the traditional method,WAAM could deposit the stirring device blades in an integrated manner,reducing production processes and stress concentration caused by welding.The addition of RM not only reduced surface roughness but also decreased the"anisotropy"of microstructure and properties.After RM,the metallographic microstructure in each area was more uniform,and the Vickers hardness value was above 200 HV0.5,effectively reducing stress concentration.The self-corrosion potential was between-0.35 V and-0.2 V,and the difference in self-corrosion current density was reduced,resulting in more uniform corrosion resistance.In terms of tensile properties,the tensile strength was above 450 MPa for all samples.The tensile strength and elongation after fracture of RM were higher.The elongation after fracture along the deposition direction was greater than that perpendicular to the deposition direction.In summary,RM made the properties of different regions of the bioreactor agitator blades more uniform.
