随着制造领域对产品长期服役寿命和经济性的要求日益提高,金属复合板因其独特优势受到广泛关注,并在多个领域得到应用.金属复合板融合了各组元金属的优点,呈现出单一金属所不具备的物理化学性能,在石油化工、电力等诸多工业领域均展现出显著的应用价值.本文系统阐述了涉及金属复合板制坯工艺中的爆炸焊接、电弧焊接、电子束焊接以及真空激光焊接等方法,并从技术原理、研究现状、应用领域及性能优缺点等多个维度进行了综合评述,旨在为相关领域的技术研发与工程实践提供理论参考和指导.

With the increasing demand for the long-term service life and economy of products in the manufacturing field,metal composite panels have attracted wide attention due to their unique advantages and have been applied in multiple fields.Metal composite panels combine the advantages of each component metal and exhibit physicochemical properties that single metals do not possess.Thus,they demonstrate significant application value in many industrial fields,such as the petrochemical and power industries.This paper systematically elaborates on the manufacturing methods related to the billet-making processes of metal composite panels,including explosive welding,arc welding,electron beam welding,and vacuum laser welding.It also conducts a comprehensive review from multiple dimensions,such as technical principles,research sta-tus,application fields,and performance advantages and disadvantages,aiming to provide theoretical reference and guidance for technological research and development and engineering practice in related fields.
