职业教育新质人才的能力特质、适配机制及培育路径OA

Against the backdrop of developing new quality productive forces,vocational education requires accelerated digital and intelligent empowerment alongside systemic educational reforms to cultivate new quality talents capable of adapting to emerging technological and industrial evolution.Integrating the competency-oriented educational attributes of vocational education with the complex adaptive systems theory,this study adopts the analytical framework of agency-proactivity-competency to construct a hierarchical model delineating the capability characteristics of new-quality talents across three dimensions:quality cultivation,motivation stimulation,and technical training.The model takes four types of awareness as the core,three major engines as the driving force,and six capabilities as the manifestation.By utilizing person-environment fit theory and analyzing the three dimensions of capability fit,practice fit,and development fit,this study proposes such adaptation mechanisms as the precise alignment between skill supply and industrial demand,the deep coupling between educational scenarios and work scenarios,and the collaborative advancement of the vocational education system and enterprise systems.The cultivation path of new quality talents in vocational education should include developing intelligent vocational education curricula,creating digital practice scenarios,constructing intelligent dynamic evaluation systems,forming human-machine collaborative teaching teams,and connecting data-driven cultivation chains,so as to provide reference for the reform and innovation of vocational education in the new era.
