生态系统理论视域下高校银龄教师学术赋能的战略意义、现实挑战与优化路径OA

Academic empowerment is a unique approach for silver-aged teachers to support teaching and research at recipient universities,holding strategic significance in promoting organized research,guiding high-quality targeted assistance from dispatching institutions,and systematically unlocking the educational potential of silver-aged teachers.The ecosystem theory provides a theoretical foundation for analyzing the realistic challenges and influencing factors of academic empowerment by silver-aged teachers in universities.Currently,these silver-aged teachers face significant challenges in the academic empowerment process,including a lack of legitimacy in their academic identity,structural deficiencies in the academic capacity of recipient universities,systemic limitations in support from dispatching universities,and overall shortcomings in the academic ecosystem.Among these,identity anxiety,limited contractual terms,and substantial inter-institutional disparities are key factors affecting their academic empowerment.Therefore,institutional innovation is needed to strengthen the supportive academic capacity of dispatching universities,deeply activate the endogenous academic momentum of recipient universities,and appropriately define the boundaries of academic empowerment for silver-aged teachers,thereby further advancing the construction of building China into a leading country in education.
