投资于人视域下职业本科教育的育人逻辑、运行机制及路径选择OA

Faced with the dual challenges of changes in population structure and the development of new quality productive forces during the 15th Five-Year Plan period,promoting the transformation of undergraduate level vocational education from a material-oriented model to a people-oriented model has become a key measure to implement the concept of investing in people and cultivate highly skilled talents at the undergraduate level.In view of the practical dilemmas in current undergraduate level vocational education,such as an ambiguous logic of talent cultivation,disconnected operational mechanisms and unclear development paths,this paper systematically interprets the logic of talent cultivation in undergraduate level vocational education from four dimensions:value,goal,process and evaluation based on the core connotation of investing in people.It establishes an integrated people-oriented operational mechanism covering resource allocation,multi-stakeholder coordination,faculty development and dynamic adjustment.From the perspective of investing in people,undergraduate level vocational education should reshape the philosophy from short-term investment to full lifecycle cultivation,innovate the mechanism from superficial cooperation to in-depth integration,expand the path from a single channel to a multi-dimensional interconnected system,and transform the identity from passive recipients to active investors,so as to provide solid human capital support for building China into a leading country in education and advancing the development of new quality productive forces.
