通信备电用锂离子电池组浮充失效机理OA
Failure mechanism of float charging in Li-ion battery pack for communication backup power
浮充是通信备电常用方式,但目前关于浮充对电池性能影响的研究较少.以通信用磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)锂离子电池组(51.2 V,100 Ah)作为研究对象,探究不同放电深度(DOD)浮充对电池性能的影响.首先,基于差分电压分析(DVA),对不同DOD浮充电池组充电过程进行分析,峰位分析结果表明,低DOD浮充通过增加浮充次数能减少电池中活性锂的损失,最终延长电池组使用寿命.基于上述分析,提取出能够反映电池容量退化的特征量,特征量与电池组容量皮尔逊相关系数均大于 0.98,能准确反映电池组的容量退化情况.
Float charging is a commonly used method for communication power backup.However,there is still limited research on the effect of float charging on battery performance.Lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)Li-ion battery packs(51.2 V,100 Ah)are acted as the research objects for exploring the impact of float charging methods at different depth of discharge(DOD)on battery performance.Firstly,the float charging process of the battery packs at different DOD is analyzed by differential voltage analysis(DVA).The peak position analysis results show that low DOD float charging can reduce the loss of active lithium in the battery by increasing the number of float charging cycles,and ultimately prolong the service life of the battery pack.Based on the above analysis results,a feature quantity is proposed to characterize the degradation of battery capacity.The Pearson correlation coefficients between feature quantities and battery pack capacity are both greater than 0.98,which can accurately reflect the capacity degradation of the battery packs.
