在满足用户需水量和水压条件下进行管网优化设计,可有效降低管道系统的投资,对提高经济效益和社会效益有着非常重要的意义.本研究结合工程实例,运用遗传算法建立了以管径为决策变量,以水量、水压、标准管径规格及流速为约束条件,以管网建设运行费用最小为目标函数的数学模型,利用遗传算法编程求解目标函数,得到管网设计的优化方案.对比方案优化前后的计算结果表明,方案经遗传算法优化后可以节省大量资金,更经济.研究可以为类似工程优化提供参考.

Carrying out the optimal design of water distribution networks under the constraints of consumer water demand and water pressure can effectively reduce pipeline system investment,which is of great significance to the improvement of economic and social benefits.Combined with an engineering example,this study establishes a mathematical model based on the genetic algorithm.Taking pipe diameter as the decision variable,water flow rate,water pressure,standard pipe diameter grades and flow velocity as constraint conditions,the model regards the minimum construction and operation costs of the pipe network as the objective function.The objective function is solved by genetic algorithm programming,and an optimized scheme for water distribution network design is obtained.Comparison of calculation results before and after optimization indicates that the genetic algorithm-based scheme can achieve remarkable cost savings with better economic efficiency.This study can provide a reference for the optimization of similar engineering projects.
