Experimental Research on Adaptability Co-Firing of Lignite in 1000 MW Ultra-Supercritical Bituminous Coal Unit
结合某电厂 1000 MW 超超临界烟煤机组日常运行中的褐煤掺烧需求,针对白音华、平庄 2 种褐煤的不同批次及掺烧比例开展适应性掺烧试验,通过各试验工况对比,系统分析锅炉除尘系统、制粉系统和烟风系统运行参数变化情况及机组经济性受影响的程度.试验结果表明,褐煤的高水分、高灰分和低热值特性会导致烟尘浓度升高、制粉系统出力下降等问题,进而影响各系统间协调运行,最终造成机组负荷受限.为规避设备异常风险,保障机组安全稳定运行,当前阶段全炉褐煤掺烧比例应控制在 20%以内,可为同类型机组褐煤的掺烧试验提供参考.
Considering the daily operation demand for lignite co-firing in a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical bituminous coal-fired unit of a power plant,it carries out co-firing adaptability tests targeting different batches and co-firing ratios of two types of lignite(Baiyinhua and Pingzhuang lignite).Through the comparison of various test conditions,the system analyzes the changes in the operating parameters of the boiler dust removal system,pulverizing system and flue gas and air system,as well as the extent to which the economic efficiency of the unit is affected.The test results show that the high moisture content,high ash content and low calorific value characteristics of lignite can lead to problems such as increased fly ash concentration and reduced output of the pulverizing system,which in turn affect the coordinated operation among various systems and ultimately result in restricted load of the unit.To avoid the risk of equipment abnormality and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,the proportion of lignite co-firing in the entire furnace should be controlled within 20%at the current stage,which can provide a reference for the co-firing test of lignite in similar units.
