考虑受热面传热的锅炉空气预热器外表面吹灰方法研究OA
Research on External-Surface Soot-Blowing Method for Boiler Air Preheaters Considering Heat-Transfer in Heating Surface
传统吹灰方法忽略了对空气预热器受热面的传热分析,导致脉冲吹灰器的布置不合理,吹灰覆盖范围不够全面.为此,首先,提出考虑受热面传热的锅炉空气预热器外表面吹灰方法.其次,分析空气预热器受热面传热,确定边界条件,构建空气预热器传热数值模拟模型.最后,使用 ZKD-36 型燃气脉冲吹灰器实现锅炉空气预热器吹灰,并设计具体的吹灰步骤.试验结果显示,所提方法应用后锅炉空气预热器外表面积灰显著减少,表明该方法能够有效解决锅炉空气预热器外表面的积灰问题,可以减少燃料消耗,降低运行成本,保证锅炉系统稳定运行.
Conventional soot-blowing methods neglect heat-transfer analysis of the air preheater heating surface,leading to irrational placement of pulse soot blowers.It firstly proposes an external-surface soot-blowing method for boiler air preheaters that explicitly con-siders heat transfer in the heating surface.Secondly,it analyzes heating-surface heat transfer of the air preheater,determines bounda-ry conditions,and establishe a numerical heat-transfer model of the air preheater.Finally,it employs a ZKD-36 gas-pulse soot blower to achieve the soot blowing of the boiler air preheater,and designs detailed blowing procedures.Experimental results show that after applying the proposed method,ash deposition on the external surface of the boiler air preheater is significantly reduced,demon-strating the effectiveness of the method in solving ash accumulation on the external surface of boiler air preheaters.It can reduce fuel consumption,lower operating costs and ensure the stable operation of the boiler system.
