面向对象的智能变电站二次系统全过程管控体系的建立与实践OA

智能变电站是智能电网发展的基础,作为智能变电站发展的关键环节,智能变电站二次系统的建设与管理已受到广泛关注.本文结合智能变电站二次系统的特点,提出一种面向人员、工程及配置文件等对象的智能变电站二次系统全过程管控体系(简称管控体系),分析管控体系中模型配置文件一致性校验等关键技术;为验证该管控体系的可行性与有效性,选取某新建 220 kV 智能变电站作为工程试点,利用基于管控体系的智能变电站二次系统管控平台,对该智能变电站的建设流程及智能变电站配置描述文件、设备能力描述文件等实施管控.结果表明,该管控体系可缩短智能变电站的建设周期,提升运行效率,改善自动电压控制系统调压性能,并且有效保障配置文件版本的一致性,使得智能变电站的建设与运维过程可观、可控.

Intelligent substations are the foundation of the development of smart grids.As a key link in the development of intelligent substations,the construction and management of the secondary system of intelligent substations receive extensive attention.In light of the characteristics of the secondary system of intelligent substations,it proposes a full-process control system for the secondary system of intelligent substations(referred to as the control system)that is oriented towards personnel,projects,configuration files and other objects,and analyzes key technologies such as consistency verification of model configuration files in the control system.To verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the control system,it selects a newly-built 220 kV intelligent substation as an engineering pilot.By using the secondary system control platform of the intelligent substation based on the control system,it controlls the construction process of the intelligent substation and the configuration description file and equipment capability description file of the smart substation.The results show that the control system can shorten the construction period of the intelligent substation,improve the operational efficiency,enhance the voltage regulation performance of the automatic voltage control system,and ensure the consistency of the configuration file version,making the construction and operation and maintenance process of the intelligent substation observable and controllable.
