Research on Key Technologies of SiC MOSFET SSCB
随着智能配电网发展,断路器为配电网安全提供了有力保障.首先剖析了 SiC MOSFET 固态断路器的性能优势、拓扑结构及现存挑战;其次,探讨了宽禁带半导体器件封装、快速故障识别和热管理等关键技术,分析结温波动与热可靠性;最后,构建试验测试平台对样机进行验证.结果表明,该样机可以实现电路快速分断,识别精度误差不超过 0.5 ms,工作寿命突破百万次,各项核心参数均符合行业规范要求.
With the development of smart distribution grids,circuit breakers provide strong protection for the safety of distribution grids.It focuses on the key technologies of solid-state circuit breaker(SSCB)based on SiC MOSFETs.By integrating wide bandgap semiconductor materials and intelligent optimization algorithms,it enhances the performance of SSCBs,which can solve the problems of slow response speed,short service life and arc presence of traditional mechanical circuit breakers.It constructs a test platform to verify the prototype.The results show that the prototype can achieve rapid circuit breaking,with an identification accuracy error of no more than 0.5 ms,a working life exceeding one million times,and all core parameters meet the requirements of industry standards.
