Load Optimization Control Algorithm for Parallel Operation of 330 kV Transformers Considering Overload Risk
多台变压器并联运行是我国西北电网 330 kV 变电站主要运行方式,主变压器负载分配与动态优化控制是保障电网供电可靠性、经济性和安全性的关键.为此提出一种基于双向长短期记忆网络与软注意力机制的多变电站多台主变压器负载控制算法.首先,提出基于主变压器动态运行数据的过载风险指标;然后,构建基于双向长短期记忆原理的电网 330 kV 主变压器过载风险特征提取及基于软注意力机制的过载风险时空融合特征修正算法;最后,建立基于过载风险动态预测的主变压器负载控制算法,提高了 330 kV 并联运行主变压器的运行经济性和可靠性.
Parallel operation of multiple transformers is the main operation mode of 330 kV substations in the northwest power grid of China.Load distribution and dynamic optimization control of main transformers are the keys to ensuring the reliability,economy and safety of power supply in the power grid.For this purpose,it proposes a load control algorithm for multiple main transformers in multiple substations based on bidirectional long short-term memory networks and soft attention mechanisms.Firstly,it proposes the overload risk index based on the dynamic operation data of the main transformer.Then,it constructs the overload risk feature extraction of the 330 kV main transformer of the power grid based on the principle of bidirectional long short-term memory and the overload risk spatio-temporal feature fusion correction algorithm based on the soft attention mechanism.Finally,it establishes the main transformer load control algorithm based on the dynamic prediction of overload risk.It aims to enhance the operational economy and reliability of 330 kV parallel operation main transformers.
