海拔梯度下高寒草甸土壤有机碳、全氮含量的影响因素研究OA
Study on influencing factors of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen in alpine meadow under altitude gradient
[目的]以青海省果洛藏族自治州高寒草甸为研究对象,探究高寒草甸土壤有机碳、全氮含量随海拔的变化特征及其影响因素.[方法]使用逐步回归和通径分析等方法,对青海省果洛藏族自治州海拔3 300~4 500 m高寒草甸0~20 cm的表层土壤进行研究,并对其影响因素进行分析.[结果]研究区高寒草甸 0~20 cm土层土壤有机碳、全氮含量分别为 39.79~72.51 g/kg和 3.65~6.48 g/kg,平均值分别为62.3 g/kg和5.7 g/kg,随海拔升高,均呈波动变化趋势.全氮含量和土壤有机碳含量与其他理化因子之间的多元回归方程分别为 SOC=27.97+10.12TN-3.62pH+0.57AP+0.01AK,TN=-4.09+0.07SOC+0.01AN+0.47pH,土壤理化性质因子间相互作用,共同影响土壤碳氮含量.土壤有机碳、全氮含量互为显著直接影响因子,土壤pH、速效钾及有效磷含量均通过其他因子对土壤有机碳产生间接影响;土壤pH和碱解氮含量通过其他因子对土壤全氮含量产生间接影响.[结论]研究区的土壤较为肥沃,具有较高水平的有机质和全氮含量,能够为植被生长提供充足的养分.土壤速效养分的增加及pH的合理调控有利于土壤有机碳、全氮含量的积累.
[Objective]This study aims to investigate the characteristics and influencing factors of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen contents in alpine meadow across an altitudinal gradient in Golog Tibetan Autonomous Pre-fecture,Qinghai Province.[Method]Using methods such as stepwise regression and path analysis,the surface soil(0~20 cm)of alpine meadows at an altitude of 3,300~4,500 m in Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was stud-ied.The influencing factors were analyzed to provide an important reference for estimating carbon and nitrogen stor-age on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.[Result]The results showed that the soil organic carbon and total nitrogen con-tent in the 0~20 cm soil layer of the alpine meadows in the study area ranged from 39.79~72.51 g/kg and 3.65~6.48 g/kg,with average values of 62.3 g/kg and 5.7 g/kg,respectively.Both exhibited a fluctuating trend with in-creasing altitude.Stepwise regression analysis established multiple regression equations between total nitrogen con-tent,soil organic carbon content,and other physicochemical factors:SOC=27.97+10.12TN-3.62pH+0.57AP+0.01AK and TN=-4.09+0.07SOC+0.01AN+0.47pH,Indicating that interactions among soil physi-cochemical properties jointly influenced soil carbon and nitrogen content.Soil organic carbon and total nitrogen con-tent were significant direct influencing factors for each other.Soil pH,available potassium,and available phosphorus content indirectly affected soil organic carbon through other factors,while soil pH and alkaline hydrolysable nitrogen content indirectly affected soil total nitrogen content through other factors.[Conclusion]The soil in the study area are relatively fertile,with high levels of organic matter and total nitrogen content,providing sufficient nutrients for vegeta-tion growth.Increasing available soil nutrients and rationally regulating pH are conducive to the accumulation of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content.
