[目的]明确豆禾牧草间作下混收混贮对青贮品质的影响.[方法]选取紫花苜蓿和甜高粱为试验材料,于2022年在甘肃省武威市民勤县进行间作种植,在收获时进行混收混贮试验,对青贮前后营养品质及青贮后感官品质、发酵品质展开分析.[结果]青贮后所有处理的WSC、NDF及ADF含量均有所降低,而RFV均有提高.与单贮相比,紫花苜蓿+甜高粱混收混贮处理的CP含量与RFV高于甜高粱单贮.与紫花苜蓿单贮相比,混收混贮处理的WSC和LA含量显著提高,而pH值、AN、AA和PA含量则显著降低(P<0.05).同时,混收混贮后的感官品质也优于紫花苜蓿单贮.[结论]紫花苜蓿与甜高粱间作种植后直接进行混收混贮,不但可以有效保存混合青贮的营养成分,而且能够改善青贮发酵品质.

[Objective]This study aims to clarify the effects of mixed harvest and mixed silage under forage inter-cropping on silage quality.[Method]Alfalfa and Sweet Sorghum were selected as experimental materials,and inter-cropping was carried out in Minqin County,Wuwei City,Gansu Province,in 2022.A combined harvesting and ensil-ing experiments was conducted at the time of harvest.The nutritional composition before and after ensiling,as well as the organoleptic and fermentation qualities post-ensiling,were systematically evaluated.[Result]The contents of WSC,NDF,and ADF in all post-ensiling treatments were reduced,and the RFV was increased.Compared with single silage,the CP content and RFV of Alfalfa+Sweet Sorghum mixed silage were higher than those of Sweet Sorghum single silage.Compared with Alfalfa single silage,the contents of WSC and LA in the mixed silage treat-ment were significantly increased,while the contents of pH,AN,AA,and PA were significantly decreased(P<0.05).At the same time,the sensory quality of mixed harvest and mixed silage was also better than that of Alfalfa single silage.[Conclusion]Alfalfa and Sweet Sorghum are directly mixed harvest and mixed silage after intercrop-ping,which can not only effectively preserve the nutrients of mixed silage,but also improve the fermentation quality of silage.
