[目的]探讨人工修复措施对退化高寒草甸土壤生态化学计量特征的影响.[方法]采用生态化学计量学方法,以黄河源区阳坡中度退化高寒草甸为研究对象,分析单施有机肥、免耕补播、施肥+免耕补播处理下高寒草甸土壤性质的变化规律.[结果]1)施有机肥和免耕补播处理显著增加土壤含水量和容重,免耕补播可显著提高土壤pH;2)施有机肥处理下土壤有机碳含量、铵态氮含量显著提高,施肥和补播处理显著增加土壤全氮、全磷含量.不同修复措施处理下土壤C∶N为 11.08,C∶P为117.36,N∶P为 11.10;3)不同修复措施处理下土壤微生物生物量C∶N为 3.88,C∶P为 20.49,N∶P为5.29;4)相关性分析结果表明,植被恢复过程中高寒草甸土壤微生物量随着土壤含水量的变化而发生变化,土壤容重与土壤N、P含量及N∶P显著正相关,与土壤C∶N显著负相关.[结论]施肥+免耕补播措施不仅能短期内修复退化高寒草甸,促进植物生长、改善土壤养分,还可缓解土壤养分对植物生长的制约.

[Objective]The study aimed to explore the effects of artificial restoration measures on the soil eco-logical stoichiometry of degraded alpine meadows.[Method]Ecological stoichiometry was employed to analyze al-terations in soil properties in moderately degraded alpine meadows on the sunny slopes of the Yellow River source area,The study included treatments of application of organic fertilizer(OF),no-tillage reseeding(NR),and applica-tion of organic fertilizer+no-tillage reseeding.[Result]Both OF and NR treatments significantly increased soil moisture content and bulk density,and NR significant increased soil pH,Furthermore,OF treatment significantly in-creased in soil carbon(C)content and ammonium nitrogen content,while both OF and NR led to higher soil nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)contents,The soil exhibited an average C∶N ratio of 11.08,a C∶P ratio of 117.36,and an N∶P ratio of 11.10 under various restoration measures,The average ratios of MBC∶MBN and MBC∶MBP were 3.88 and 20.49,respectively,with an average MBN∶MBP ratio of 5.29,Correlation analysis revealed that soil microbial biomass in alpine meadows varied with soil moisture content throughout the vegetation restoration process,Soil bulk density was significantly positively correlated with soil N and P contents and the N∶P ratio,but significantly nega-tively correlated with the C∶N ratio.[Conclusion]The combined application of organic fertilizer+no-tillage reseed-ing not only can restore degraded alpine meadows in the short term,promote plant growth and improve soil nutrients,but also effectively alleviate the main soil nutrient limitations that restrict plant growth,creating more favorable soil nutrient conditions for plant recovery and growth.
